Curiosity Mars Rover

On November 26th NASA launched "Curiosity" a robot that is headed for Mars. It is scheduled to land in August of 2012 that is about 9 months of space travel.
The focus of the mission is to find and analyze the soil of  Mars to determine what made the planet so inhospitable for life as we know it. Curiosity weighs 900-kg (about the size of a small car).
